Who are we?

In August of 1962 17 Old Time Cowboys rode in the parade at the Sheridan County fair and rodeo, This was the beginning of the Tri State Old-Time cowboys Association, Inc. Later on in February of 1969 The Tri State Old-Time Cowboys Memorial Museum was incorporated. It was then agreed by Russ McKillup (President), Frank O'Rourke (Secretary), Jess Sears, Merton Glover, Royal McGaughey, Dick Louks, Win Saults and Fred Wild (Directors) to build a 40 X 80 Log Building to display artifacts and relics pertaining to ranching and cowboys.

Today the Association has many, many more members who live all over the United States, and the Museum is packed full of the history of the Old-Time Cowboys.
