Fire

Masculine. Vitality, strength, willpower, violence, passion, inspiration, optimism, enthusiasm, confidence, courage, aggression, domination, leadership.

The energy of fire is transformational, vitalizing, and quickening. The element is associated with the south quarter. Color is red.

Water

Feminine. Receptivity, reflection, passivity, emotion, intuition, love, sensitivity, nourishment, sexuality, desire, psychic insight.

The energy of water is flowing, cleansing, and dissolving. The element is associated with the west quarter. Color is green or blue.

Air

Masculine. Intellect, reason, swiftness, flexibility, logic, discrimination, discernment, the exchange of ideas.

The energy of air is transmitive, expansive, and conveying. The element is associated with the east quarter. THe color is blue or yellow.

Earth

Feminine. Stability, fertility, physical life, work, achievement, loyalty, family, community, the material world.

Earth reminds us that we must be focused, methodical, practical, and devoted if we wish to ensure success. The energy of earth is cohesive, forming, and stabilizing. The element is associated with the north quarter. It's color is green or yellow.
