The next Branch meeting will be held on Tuesday 31st March when Malcolm Vaughan from UKTI will be giving another of his entertaining but very informative talks, 'INTERNATIONAL TRADE - A MACRO VIEW' a.k.a. TAKE YOUR PARTNERS (we promise this is a Strictly NO Dancing event). The meeting is in the Oxford Room at the Hylands Hotel (further details on our 'Branch Meetings' page and we look forward to seeing you there. The evening is kindly sponsored by DHL International to whom we once again grateful for their continuous support.

February's Branch meeting was a very special evening in that we commenced with an uplifting talk by our National Chairman, Lesley Batchelor with her vision for the Institute of Export and then after our sponsor Coface had given their talk, Brian McLaughlin was presented with his certificate by Lesley for obtaining FIEX member status. Congratulations Brian for such well-deserved recognition for all the hard work and commitment given to the Institiute of Export.

We are currently looking to arrange our 2009/2010 programme which commences in September this year. Should any company/organisation wish to make a presentation, we would gladly like to hear from you and if you can sponsor the evening (which helps pay towards the room hire and buffet) then even better.
