Subject: Since when does ONE person RUN this Group?
Since some things have come to light in the recent matter of things
of removing certain people from the list I must now say that I am
most unhappy that one person took it upon herself to get this done
without even so much as giving me the respect of calling me and
telling me there was a vote and allowing me to place a vote. This
group was not set up where one person has the authority or power to
run it.

I do not agree with what has transpired here over the last 24 hours!
This is a United Council as the name suggests. That means that we
all have a voice and the right to speak.

Countess Nessa, I find that you leaving me out of this and not
calling me like you called others and put it up for vote was wrong.
Very wrong indeed. This was to be brought up to all Elders and it
was to be brought up on this board not through an im or phone calls.
I am not going to stand by and watch this group become corrupted
too.

These things were voted in by 2 yes and ZERO no. Therefore the rules
stand. It takes a vote of the elders to remove people from things in
this Council.

Since Countess Nessa has taken it up on herself to remove me from
moderatorship without a legal vote of the Elders, removed people from
this list without a legal vote of the Elders, and has blamed a member
of my Court without informing me of such of helping Dividian, Court
Amen-Khepera finds that we must leave this Council and revoke the
Ambassadorship that was given to Countess Nessa for House of Ma'at.
All links to this group and House of Ma'at will be removed from our
website. Court Amen-Khepera will not bad mouth HoM or this Group.
We ask that you afford us the same.

Court Amen-Khepera wishes this Group much luck with getting things
Unified.

Court Amen-Khepera Charters First House  22November 2005

     Court Amen-Khepera welcomes House of the Black Sun as our first official Chartered House run by Lord Nacht of Ohio.  The official Charter can be found here .    

Court Amen Khepera Develops New Donor Bill of Rights 22October 2005

     Court Amen-Khepera has developed their own Donor Bill of Rights to be used within the Court and Houses within the Court.  This contract was adopted on October 22, 2005.  The contract can be found on the downloads page.
