Zero to 16, the original cut, is available at no charge to fire and rescue departments, law enforcement  agencies, EMS teams, building trades and volunteers who responded to NYC's call for help 3 years ago.
This program is offered in commemoration of the 3rd anniversary of the greatest rescue mission ever.
