| Ken Boothe born 1948 Kingston Jamaica (MR Rocksteady) Began singing as a duo with Stranger Cole releasing World Fair-Hush And the excellent Artibella,1966 saw Rocksteady taking shape Ken released Feel Good, at this time he was recording for Coxson Dodd at his Studio one label he recorded there up to 1970,when he moved to Beverleys records, in the summer of 1974 Ken was top of the charts in the Uk with everything I Own,released on Trojan, this was followed up with the excellent Crying Over You,The 90s saw him guest on Shaggys Bombastic Cd, with his version of The Train Is Coming,he is of course a legend in his own right ,check out the Lp Mr Rocksteady to find out why Bio Written By Group Member Cepcrew2 |
