This hat is intended for people who have hair loss due to chemotherapy or radiation treatments.
Materials:
Set of 4 - Size 8 or 4 mm needles
Cotton Yarn or very soft for oncology patients
Instructions:
Cast on 90 stitches and knit until work measures 9 inches.
Shape top:
Rnd 1: *Knit 5, K2tog, repeat from * around.
Rnd 2: Knit
Rnd 3: *Knit 4, K2tog, repeat from * around.
Rnd 4: Knit
Rnd 5: *Knit 3, K2tog, repeat from * around.
Rnd 6: Knit
Rnd 7: *Knit 2, K2tog, repeat from * around.
Rnd 8: Knit
Rnd 9: *Knit 1, K2tog, repeat from * around.
Rnd 10: Knit
Rnd 11: K2 together around.
Cut yarn and pull through remaining stitches and darn inside.
