the son of Peter THOMASON & Alice LYTHGOE
who had married Oct 22 1745 in St Mary's Leigh.

Margaret GREEN was born Mar 21st 1752
and christened Apr 17 1752 at St Oswald's Winwick Lancashire,
the daughter of Thomas GREEN & Catherine BERRY.

Peter & Margaret had 11 children:

2 John b Apr 4 1776 / died May 17 1859
married Martha HURST on Nov 23 1802 at St Mary's Leigh (11 children)
Martha was the daughter of Thomas HURST

4 Elizabeth (Betty) b Mar 29 1779
5 Mary b Aug 25 1781
6 Joseph chr Jun 21 1783 / buried Jun 11 1785
7 Thomas chr Jan 18 1786 / buried Nov 12 1801

married Elizabeth COLLIER on Feb 14 1814 in Leigh (5 children)

By the 1841 Census, Margaret was still unmarried.
She does not appear in the 1851 Census,
so she must have died between 1841 and 1851.
