Journal Entry for Tues., Feb. 06, 2001
This was our first gig, and it totally rocked. Despite the fact that barely anyone came
to see us, we worked as hard as we could, and it payed off big time. The highlight of
the eveining was when we played 'Waiting for you.' The horns played it perfectly, and
the stage antics were great. Although we played well, it had to have been the fusion band
that stole the show. They were some of the best musicians I've ever heard. Them and us
will be playing again on the 27th. Hopefully more people will show up for that one.
