Brennan has resident's vote
To the editor:
As a resident of the City of Parma, Ward 2, I sincerely believe that Councilman Sean Brennan has "walked the talk," so to speak, through his leadership, dedication, hard work and vision. Sean Brennan has earned the trust and respect of me and my neighbors, as well as his peers on Parma City Council, for his faithful public service and leadership.
Sean Brennan deserves to be selected as the Democratic candidate of choice in the spring primary election by all residents of Ward 2 because the bottom line is that he has demonstrated his qualifications, skills and abilities as a faithful public servant and responsible steward of our trust and hope.

Sean Brennan deserves to be re-elected in Ward 2
To the editor:
In October 2003, I wrote to express how I felt that Sean Brennan was Ward 2's best choice for Parma City Council. Thankfully, most people agreed and Brennan was elected. Back then, Brennan proved himself to be accessible, professional and willing to work
hard for the residents. He continues to prove this as our sitting councilman.
For instance, when he was campaigning, Brennan came to my door and that of my neighbors several times, always sharing his phone number and email. As councilman, his accessibility and commitment to keeping the lines of communication open are well-known throughout the ward. In fact, he returns phone calls promptly, provides the resident with regular informative newsletters and holds meetings on
issues of great importance to us. I am also impressed with his regular drives through the ward, where he is often seen talking to residents and looking for issues that need addressed.
Brennan's efforts and hard work are already being noticed all over our ward. In fact, since taking office about 14 months ago, he has addressed vacant and blighted buildings and homes, including finally being able to work with other officials to remove the old police station on West 54th Street, which remained empty for years. I have also seen him regularly working with groups of juveniles, painting fire hydrants, picking up litter and fixing
up park areas, all of which make for a more beautiful Parma.
Parma is finally back on the right track and Sean Brennan is a part of this. He has proven himself worthy to represent the residents of Ward 2. We need to reward
his positive record and hard work with another term so he can continue to follow through with the projects he has started.
