The Andorian Incident
When the Enterprise arrives at a Vulcan sanctuary, P'Jem, they discover that the sanctuary is being held hostage by four Andorians. The Andorians believe that the Vulcans have violated the treaty between them by using a sensor array hidden in the sanctuary to spy on the Andorians. When Captain Archer trys to help the Vulcans, his landing party is also taken captive. The Andorians want to be told where the sensor array is, and they won't take no for an answer.
