| Cottage Amenities: The cottage has two bedrooms and a full bath. The first has a queen bed. The second has a queen and twin bunk beds. The cottage has color cable TV, a VCR, a stereo CD player and telephone. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Window fans are provided. For your enjoyment there is a large level private backyard with a BBQ grill, picnic table, adirondack chairs, and outdoor enclosed hot and cold water shower. Parking for maximum of 2 cars permitted. Check-in & Check-out: Our rental period is Saturday to Saturday. Check-in after 4PM. Check-out before 10AM. Pets: Sorry, NO PETS (including birds) ALLOWED. Absolutely no exceptions will be made. Additional Guest Policy: No Additional Overnight Guests or Visitors will be allowed beyond the maximum of 5. Use of Private Beach is limited to (5) cottage guests/occupants. Bedding: Renters to bring bed linen (2 Queen, 2 Twin), bath towels and beach towels. Pillows, mattress pads, blankets, and bedspreads (for use in cottage) are provided. Please be sure to bring your own blankets/chairs for use at the beach. Please - No Smoking |
