This beautiful old house has wonderful views across to the Island of Great Cumbrae and Arran beyond, and all our guest rooms are set to take advantage of these views. Set at the foot of the Haylie Brae it is ideally positioned to take advantage of the many attractions of Largs itself and also the nearby marinas and golf courses.

Biscayne House offers a variety of warm comfortably heated bedrooms all with a panoramic sea view across the water to the islands. Family, double, twin or single rooms are available with self catering facilities. Cooked or Continental breakfast is available on request. There is a residents' lounge available with television. Breakfasts are served in the sun room adjoining. The terrace laid with tables and chairs can make the ideal place to relax at the end of a busy day where you can watch the yachts and larger craft go by.
