| It all started in July/August when I was considering making a webpage. I have started others, but never really finished them. I wanted something original and creative, not too cliche. So I came up with BAAL! Of course! Brock and Ash are always together, why not make them a couple? I mean, there are tons of AAML and Shishi, (what's that all about?) and no Brock and Ash. Then the rest is history. |

Because Brock and Ash are always together. They are very similiar in their own ways. Both are hard working and ambitious people with dreams of becoming better. They both love Pokemon and share that common goal to be the best. Brock and Ash are different, admittedly so, but in a good way. They have personalities that can greatly complement each other. Ash is sometimes irresponsible and can be way over his head, so Brock can keep him grounded and realistic. Brock is a down-to-earth type of guy, so he can always keep Ash in check of himself. And, since Ash was an only child, he can self-serving (not entirely selfish like a certain red-head though! ;p). Brock has a lot of little brothers and sisters, so he does have that more matron-like support that Ash needs while he's on the road.
Brock and Ash are very good to each other and certainly do care for one another. I am sure that they would make a good couple. Perhaps from brotherly love there can be a deeper love than anything else. |

My webpage has many alternate names, but the most used is BAAL. Here's the origin of the other names: BAAL: Well, this is fairly simple. BAAL stands for Brock and Ash's Love. But it is ordered in this fashion because when you pronounciate it, it sounds like the word ball (the toy ball, not what you perverts are thinking). SAT: Satoshi and Takeshi. simple as that. Brash: Combining names is common for same sex couples. So Brock and Ash equals BRASH Takoshi: Combining the names, except using the Japanese name Takeshi and Satoshi. Boulder Shipping: Hmmm...where did I get this from again? Oh, yeah. Well, since there weren't any other Brock and Ash shippers around, I decided I was going to make up my own name for this relationship. Something original and shared between these two... Ash received a Boulder Badge from Brock (that's one) and in the episode where they meet Bruno, Brock and Ash both worship him and carry boulders. Ha ha get it? |

We are Chibi Chibi and Cosmos! We both have our duties to maintaining and keeping up with this webpage. Cosmos is the one who mostly works with the page, directly with emails and messages, and is the spokesperson for BAAL. Chibi Chibi has the duties to fix and maintain the site, basically sprucing everything up. Yay! >^o^< BTW, it is the 2nd year anniversary of BAAL on August 2nd, so Happy Birthday and Anniversary to all BAAL fans! Brock and Ash have been having fun since 2000. |
