York District } Before me personally appeared
Rhoda Mursh, and made oath
in due form of law that her father Robert
Mursh, Revolutionary Pensioner of the United
States, at the rate of $96 dollars per annum
died on the Seventh of December, One Thou-
sand Eight Hundred and Thirty Seven, which
is a matter of record entered the Sabbath
after his death and was surrendered as evidence
of the death of the said Robert Mursh, and
is Pensioner to be, in the Pension Office with
the first declaration of my mother Elizabeth,
and copied at the same time by the Agent
to whom it was given, in the Family Bible
which has been, and still is in possession
of the family. Sworn to and subscribed to
the 29 day of Jan 1850.

And I, the said Magistrate,
do hereby certify that Rhoda Mursh
who has sworn and subscribed
the above affidavit is well known
to me, and that her statements are
entitled to credit. I further certify
that the family register is before
me, showing that said Robert Mursh
died on the Seventh day of December,
One Thousand Eight Hundred
Thirty Seven. Given under my hand
and seal this 29th of Jan 1850
