John Niven, aged 79 just sworn
says that he was the near neighbor,
and helped to dress the Rev. Robert Mursh,
and was at his funeral. That himself and
Rhoda Mursh laid him out and fur-
ther says he has always understood
that they had his death entered on the
Family Register of the said Robert Mursh.
Deponent was told so by Rhoda, the
daughter of the said Robert & Elizabeth
Mursh, and that the said Rhoda is
a woman of truth and her oath ent-
itled to full credit.
