            In reply to your letter of the 29^th _______

in the case of Elizabeth Mursh, widow of Robert

Mursh, a Pensioner under the Act 29^th July, 1848, I

have to state that upon a review of the case, a Pen-

sion has been allowed, under Act 7^th July 1838.  She

should make a declaration under Act 2d February,

1848, and return her Pension Certificate under

Act 29^th July, 1848, to this office; when certificates

under Act 7^th July 1838, and the Act supplemen-

tary thereto will be issued.
