what is wanting in the case of Elizabeth

Mursh of York District South Carolina

widow of Robert Mursh who was

a Pensioner of this state at the rate of

$96 dollars per annum.  Pleas inform me is

she is not entitled under the Joint Res-

olution of the 23^rd of January 1845
