York District } Personally appeared before me Joseph F. White
one of the Magistrates for said District,
Elizabeth Marsh widow of Robert Marsh due and on oath says that
her husband Robert Marsh was a Pensioner of the United States
at the rate of $96.00 per annum, that she was married to
her husband Robert Marsh in the month of August One
Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty Three (1783), and that
their daughter Kity was born the next August One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Eighty Four (1784). Their first child
and year of said marriage and that John, Robert A.,
Sarah, James, Delphi, Betsey, Patsy and Rhoda -- Kity, Delphi,
James, Betsy all died when children that they were married according
to the form and solemnity of their Tribe ___ The Pamunky
Tribe State of Virginia King William County, that same
year of the said marriage, the said Robert Marsh and
deponent were again married according to the Christian
form of marriage, and that the said Robert Marsh
became a Preacher in the Baptist Church, and continued
to exercise the function of a Preacher up to the time
of his death, deponent further says that her husband kept
a record of all his children above named, but cannot
say from memory whether the paper appended to the
deposition of Edward Smith is the identical paper, but
that the ages of her children as shown by said paper
