Our philosophy has always been to serve our guests as we would like to be served. A long standing tradition of serving the highest quality meats in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere has remained in the forefront of our family business. Each item we prepare is given the attention that it deserves, as do the needs of each and every customer. Every single customer is important to us. The meat we use is USDA choice or better. All of our steaks are hand-cut and broiled over hickory charcoal to your taste. We use the highest quality poultry available. Our seafood selections are second to none. We use South African Lobster, Florida Gulf Shrimp and Alaska Whitefish. We use nothing but the highest quality products available and special care in the preparation of each item for our customer.
