The main three sorts of ammunition shot at the range are the 20mm , 27mm and 30mm rounds.It can be target practice (on the hardboard targets) or armour piercing (on the tanks).
Practice bombs
The practice bombs shown as beneath and on the following page do not explode , but have a spotting charge that release a bright flash and a cloud of smoke on impact , so they can easily be spotted when they hit the ground.Practice bombs are in low- and in high drag mode.
Mk-106 , retarded practice bomb , to simulate a high drag Mk-82.
The bomb`s weight is about 2.5 kg.
