| As with any cooperative effort, regular attendance and participation is necessary to have a successful playgroup. The more involved you get, the more fun the experience will be for you and your child! | |||||||||||||

| All parents taken on an area of responsibility outlined in the organizational postions. These include Coodinators, Arts and Crafts Coordinator, Photographer, Curricula Coordinator, Purchaser/Closet Coordinator, Scheduler, Special Events Coordinator, Treasurer and Publicity. | |||||||||||||

| The parent should attend the monthly evening meetings to have input into the schedule. The monthly meeting is held after the playgroup on the last Tuesday of the month. | |||||||||||||

| Each member is also responsible for certain activities during certain weeks. Members rotate duties among Music & Dance, Snacks, Reading, Arts & Crafts and Clean-up. These activities are scheduled during the monthly meeting. | |||||||||||||
