| Coordinators (2 positions) Mediates parents' concerns. Acts a mediator between playgroup and Church. Organizes playgroup meetings, chairs meetings, puts together the agenda in advance from suggestions of the members and distributes it at the meeting. Orientates new members. Notifies members of changes in playgroup, such as change in location if the Hall is not available. Generally oversees the smooth operation of the Playgroup. |

| Administrator The administrator works closely with the coordinators to ensure that all relevant paperwork is prepared, filled out and filed properly and that all files are maintained. Maintains and distributes all paperwork. Reserves the hall or planning meeting location. Notifies coordinators if either are not available. Informs Chapel is the Hall is not needed due to a holiday or excursion. Maintains the daily atttendance board where the children can place a sticker after they have arrived. |

| Arts & Crafts Coordinator Keeps Arts & Crafts Idea book up-to-date with projects appropriate to the monthly themes and is a resource person for the other members to consult regarding ideas, suggestions and questions about arts and crafts. Maintains and organizes the art supplies. Restocks when necessary. Makes new play dough. Makes farewell cards for children who are leaving the group and has all members sign it. |

| Curriculum Coordinator Plans for activities, songs, snacks, etc. appropriate to the monthly themes. Is a resource person for the other members to consult regarding ideas, suggestions and questions about monthly themes. Maintains a resource file of theme ideas for future reference. |

| Photographers (2 positions) Takes photos of new members, mother and children. Responsible for producing and updating the playgroup year book for each child by the end of the year. Each folder contains a picture of each child and his/her parent along with a brief introduction (wirtten by each mother). Coordinates photography for playgroup sessions, particularly at special events such as Christmas, Halloween, excursions, etc. Distributes a CD-Rom containing all photos to each member. |

| Scheduler Prepares and distributes the duty schedule. Collects vacation information from members and schedules all members for weekly activities on a regular rotating basis. |

| Special Events Coordinator Solicits and makes suggestions for events such as Halloween, Christmas, Father Day Party, etc. Organizes excursions when the Hall is unavailable - photcopies and distributes maps with directions and time of meeting. |

| Treasurer Keeps the account book up to date. Collects, records and reimburses all expenses, registration fees and monthly payments. Prepares donation money (4,500 per day) to be pre-paid to the church for use of the hall. Prepares monthly account for presentation and discussion at planning meetings. |

| Publicity Organizes advertising for recruiting new members. Recieves phone calls from prospective members and schedules visits. Supervises visit of prospective members. Maintains waiting list of prospective members. Keeps website up to date. |
