| Shows (Hopeful we are) --TBA --Late July release party/show at Davidson town green... Shows (Past) 1.) The debut show of The Yogert Vandals occured on 9/20/02 at Mary Margret Dunn's large house. We headlined the show, playing the last of 4 bands, including the Old Fashioned Hamburgers, who played 3rd. The Yogert Vandals only had a lead singer/ air guitarist (Kerry) and a backup singer/ keyboard player (Philip) present at the show. Gordan Millsaps (Guitar) and Jason Skipper (drums) of the Old Fashioned Hamburgers filled in the holes of our band. The show also featured guest singing appearances by many, including Bobby Wonderdick, PBA, Dave Merrifield, Zack Robinson, Curtis Gardner, and a couple of others. The Yogert Vandals played one song, "Somebody's Going to Die." About the show: John Miller: "That was the most beautiful thing I've seen. I love you." Bruce Kidd, "It was terrible...but it was really funny." Russell Miller, "It was the funniest thing I've ever seen. That was awesome." Jen Rampal, "It was like you were possessed by the devil." (damn straight Jen.) Ashley Sakwa," I wish I could have seen you." (actually you did ming hagg) A kid on my brothers hall, "Penis fuck! hahahaha." About a million fucking other people, "God you guys were awesome." Danny Blythe, "Well I didn't see you, cuz I was lying in a hammock, but I could hear you. Man, you can scream." Bruce Kidd's mom, no comment. |
