RODNEY A. COOK, AIC - He is the company Vice President and son of the owner. He also runs or is our Medina Branch office. Rod has a BS in Aviation from Ohio State University, and comes to the agency after 13 years as an insurance claims adjuster, supervisor, manager and fraud investigator. Rod was the "promise" we sell.
He has his professional claims designation as Associate in Claims and is finishing his sales designation, Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) this year.
Having worked claims forom both a company and independent side Rod has developed an extensive commercial insurance background, accordingly he is our Commercial Sales person.
Rod is the Father of two GREAT childern Jacque (11) and AJ (1). As a result Rod has developed a passion for the game of Soccer where he is a USSF Official.
