Salmon with Rosemary
1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. rosemary, crumbled, or 1 tsp. fresh, chopped
2 tsp. olive oil
2 6 ounce salmon steaks
Combine all ingredients, except salmon, and pepper to taste in a bowl. Whisk thoroughly and pour into the bottom of a shallow baking dish. Add salmon steaks and turn to coat. Marinate 15 minutes. Prepare grill or broiler. Cook salmon 4-5 minutes per side or until opaque throughout.
