Chicken Cordon Blue
4 skinless boneless chicken breats
8 thin slices of ham
4 laughing cow cheese wedges
4 tbs. ff mayonaise
2 tsp. mustard
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preheat oven to 400. Pound chicken to 1/4" thick. Layer each breast
with 2 slices ham and 1 wedge of cheese. Roll up and secure with a
toothpick. Place the corn flakes in a bag. Mix the mayonaise and
mustard in a bowl. Roll each breast in mayonaise mixture and then
toss in corn flakes to coat. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until chicken is cooked.
