Oven Fried Chicken
1/4 c. ff mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. nut like cereal nuggets
2 tbs. minced fresh parsley
4 chicken breast halves
non stick cooking spray
Combine first 3 ingredients in small bowl stirring well. Combine
cereal and parsley. Brush each breast with mayonaise mix. Dredge in
cereal mixture. Place chicken on rack of broiler pan that is coated
with cooking spray. Bake at 400 for 45 min.
