Marinated Lemon Chicken - 5 Points Per Serving
Serving size: 4
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons minced dried onion
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dill seed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 3- to 3 1/2-pound chicken, cut into pieces
In a large, resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, combine the first 10 ingredients. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 4-6 hours or overnight. Drain, discard marinade. Grill chicken, covered, over low heat for 50-60 minutes or until juices run clear, turning several times. Makes 4 servings, one serving is 5 Weight Watchers points.
