Barbecued Pork - 5 Points Per Serving
Serving size: 8
2 pounds boneless pork top loin
1 cup onion, chopped
3/4 cup diet cola
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
Combine all ingredients in a crockpot. Cook covered on high for 5-6 hours or until meat is very tender. Drain and slice or shred pork. I serve it on light whole wheat buns. 8 servings, each serving is 5 Weight Watchers points served with light bun.
