We personally inspect our jars for damage when we receive them from the manufacturers. Should you receive a cracked, chipped or broken jar, (except for as noted in the product description) please notify us by email at [email protected] immediately. All returns must be approved before returning. You will receive a full refund or replacement jar. We may ask you to hold on to the damaged jar for a UPS damage report. Please be aware that areas of thinning paint or other manufacturing flaws are not considered defects in the ceramics industry and will not affect the collectability of your jars.
