Klaus Heiner Schmeck

Heiner Schmeck held various engineering and management positions in a career spanning over 26 years of experience in the automotive business. He successfully ran a profitable automotive consulting business unit as Managing Director for many years. He has progressively increasing experience in the automotive value chain spanning functions from research & development to marketing & sales, gaining multi-disciplinary skills on an international scale, both within and outside Western Europe. He has a strong background in business development, re-organization, change management, cultural alignment and customer-facing capability at the CxO level for German / Western European customers.

Niraj N. Gupta

Niraj Gupta has over 17 years of international experience as a Strategy / Management Consultant, business development manager and IT professional. He brings vast experience in the Global Delivery Model, having built and operated ISO-9001 and CMM-5 compliant software factories & Centers of Excellence in India and acted as a trusted advisor for Fortune 1000 clients in the USA. His industry strengths include Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Discrete & Contract Manufacturing, Insurance and Health Care. More recently, he has had significant experience with business development and cultural alignment with (DAX-30) customers in Germany / Western Europe. He understands and is able to address CxO level pain-points.
