Preface
– The mater written below is the product of nearly two decades of observation
and study of living system, first as a researcher in biotechnology observing
living systems in test tubes in my effort to clone some of the toughest,
but highly commercial plants such as coconut, cashew, cardamom, oil palm and other woody trees, and then as a small farmer residing in an interior
village surrounded by virgin forest. The new foundation to science was laid
principally from the premises of freedom and communication with nature with a
quest to know nature than conquer it. I
am trying to share here with you briefly the central aspect that led me to
review the foundation of science and bring out the Grand Unified Vision of Nature
Introduction
– During the mechanical era, information in living system was considered as
predictable. It was thought one gene controlled one information. The foundation
for the world of
biotechnology was built on this principle factor. From this assumption
of predictability and stability I worked to clone coconut, cashew
and other woody trees.
Though I tasted success by following new approach to my experimentation, the
observations made in many hundred thousands of test tubes did not support the
foundation on which I am staying and working. This disturbed me to the core. The
success in cloning commercial plants and innovative techniques to get
genetically altered plants opened highly placed jobs, but at the
conscious level I was disturbed to pursue my research without first answering
the innumerable fundamental questions that nature was asking me.
I had no answers why nature mixes its information? Why dominant and
recessive gene? Why triplet code? Why mitotic and meiotic division and so on.
Under the circumstances
my consciousness never permitted to sell clonal plant and resisted entering the
cloning industry. My consciousness resisted even to publish very promising
results I obtained in many commercial plants. That was a period when everything I
touched began to respond in quick time. My mind even had developed visions of
cloning animal and Human system by the same idea by which Dolly and Human clones
were produced. But the fundamental question that nature was posing me tied me
down. I chose to stay with my
consciousness and quit the competitive world of science to live as an ordinary
farmer and yet pursued research on the foundation of biological systems. This led me to
review the foundation of modern biology and go back further into science to
realize the fact that, the whole science is standing on broken foundation and
self-contradicting concepts.
I realized that Biotechnology is standing on the
foundation of mechanical era, which by it self has disintegrated several decades back to
give way to relativity, uncertainty, quantum mechanics and science of chaos and
order. I found that all biologist are playing a second fiddle to the
developments in the physical world and are at absolute loss to explain and
figure a biological system.
When non-linear science and vision of order and chaos
emerged, the biologist began to picture biological information as a dynamic
system that is guided by the process of chaos and order. However it has failed
to explain how the dynamic structure is designed and functions such that it can
explain account for the working of biological system. It is quite evident even
to a common man that the diversity of life and its qualitative differences
speaks much more than a strict determined existence revealed by Fr. Mendel. This
problem has clearly precipitated in Human Genome Project, where the number of
gene discovered in human was 1/3 of the expected and roughly equaled that of
mice. The biologists under the hold of physical scientist have miserably failed
to comprehend the relation between the two great foundation of biological
science laid by Mendel and Darwin.
One aspect I came to note with disgust is the fact that scientist
push, twist and turn their results in order to fit into the vortex that is ruling and
get the best out of it.
Following the advent of quantum science, these aspects
began to surface and could be described by a single paradox, the paradox of
quantum reality and quantum continuity and direction of time. The following
points will summarize the problem of quantum continuity and the commotion in which
human intelligence is caught up

The quantum nature of information tells that all
information is quantitized. It is a reality that is well proved by Mendel.
The information as expressed to the outside world in biological systems
is paired, for example, short or tall, red or white and so on.
2] However the Tall and Short are two ends of the same
coin. It can only be expressed as tall and short in relation to a standard one.
There also should exist a demarcation point. This demarcation should be of quantum
nature and at any moment it should favor one, short or long. This means the short and long is
one scale unit demarcated by a ratio. This scale alone has no meaning. This
means there should exist a standard scale to which one can relate.
We must note that the character called tallness and
dwarfness has close relationship with light and dark cycle and availability of
various other factors. The system thus can evolve both ways, depending on the
circumstances. The Mendel’s work does not deal with such aspects. In other
words Mendel’s gene for tall and dwarf character can differentiate into taller
and taller and shorter and shorter plants. Further, research work has shown that many genes are
linked and shows expression that is deviant from the standard expected results.
In short Mendal's work showed the quantum nature but failed to explain the
qualitative and evolutionary aspect of life.
3] Applying Darwin’s theory to Mendel’s work it
invariably means the evolution can be directed to strengthening the short factor
or tall factor and it is totally related to the environment and survival of the
system in it. This invariably means a directed evolution becomes contradiction
to Mendel’s work. It should be noted that genotypic expression has a 1:2:1
ratio. Though dominant is predominant it does not mean it is the most suited to
survive, because in cyclic environment there always exist two phase a light and
dark one. What is negative in light phase is positive in dark phase and
vice-versa.

However, nature clearly presents a directed evolution. Human intelligence is a clear case of such evolution.
Which tells us that in spite of the fact that instinctively information is
designed to evolve both ways depending on the external environment, there is
something in nature that gives it an over all direction.
5] This means the biological information system should be
designed to cope with two types of stress, the local stress on the dominant or
recessive genes and the overall stress that is related with time and its
direction. The situation is
explained in the following figure
The
fundamental aspect that emerges as one observes life from a point of
freedom is that all life constantly struggles to maintain some balance in
space.
The foundation of life exist on the balancing process and it should be reflected
in the information system. Since I am speaking about life or systems in
space it becomes important to understand space.
The
Dynamic Relationship of Genes in Space
Space
has 8 components, they are obtained by division in three possible left and right
frame. See figure
All
system gets distributed in such a space. Stress or force acts on the system from
any or all of these 8 components of space.
The
whole truth of biological system cannot be understood in isolation of the
environment from which force acts on it. This means we have
to understand force and nature. The site notes and discovers
that all forces in nature in reality are winding or unwinding phenomenon.

The
site discovers that force has two components, a TIME
component and SPIN component in the ratio
4:3. The spin component decides the twist left or right and the time
component the winding or unwinding aspect to the center or away from the
center. As far as this ratio remains the same it results in the uniform pulsating
motion and system goes in cycles with maximum curvature. But if the ratio is
disturbed and then force gets directed and system tend to minimum curvature and
moves to the opposite. see figure below. For more information see

The
site also discovers that forces are created in pairs one dominant and the
other recessive in the 4:3. When the dominant acts on the right
component the recessive acts on the left component vice-versa. This means a dominant force acts on one gene
winding it right to left the
recessive and opposite acts on its pair winding it left to right, which is opposite to the
former, thus giving the resistance and the stability. There are several layers
of stability to genes in space. This becomes apparent from the following figure.

A pair of force dominant and recessive in the ratio 4:3 can act from E
and G causing a winding or
unwinding stress.

A winding or Unwinding stress can also act on the system from two forces EG
[ existing in 4:3 ratio] and F H

exist in opposition

Now
the basic dynamic relationship in genes that helps it to balance it self against
the external force is given below.
When
a pair of force dominant and recessive acts one gene pair EG
then this force is communicated to another gene pair HF
which unwinds by the same proportion. This in turn is communicated to BC
which winds. This winding force is communicated to DA
which unwinds opposing the the winding force acting on EG
The
possible relationship of genes in a chromosomes can now figured as below
Since
forces are created in pairs. A similar and opposite force is experienced by
another chromosomes. The need for communication and dispensing of the stress necessitates
the union of two chromosomes from time to time. This accounts for mitotic
division. Mitotic
division thus is the process adopted by life to relieve the stress acting on
it.
Thus we account
for one of
the great questions of biological science- Why nature mixes its information?

Note - the above process
goes through many quantum steps. This becomes evident from quantum actions
and reaction discussed in the site and form the basis of many applied
aspect that I propose. This will be discussed later ]
This is one level of balancing the left and right of the
system. It is a way to dispense the local stress or the day-to-day stress and
thus maintain the balance and survive. This survival is facilitated by local
input and constant renewal of information accompanied by mixing of the
information on the left and right. [The local input includes food, water,
temperature and other conditions affecting life].
In addition to the above stress there is another stress
that all living system and its information unit has to deal with. It is the
stress related with the directed time. This invariably
means if the system and the genes have to survive the stress of the directed
time, it has to constantly mix its information with an opposite system, which
forms its pair in space and time. Let me explain it. In the above figure
the relationship described gives a over all winding orientation to the system to the left or
the right, which is determined by the dominant component. When time directed
stress act to the center or away from the center. The survival of the
system depends on its pairing with another system in space that is oppositely
wound. This now explains the male and female and
meiotic division and mixing of the information.
This
invariably means that Life and the information in it cannot be understood in isolation of environment and the forces acting
on it.
It thus calls for reviewing and deducing the environmental forces to some basic
form and then understand information and its build up in relation to it.
At the simplest level life could be understood as system that accepts the
external winding force on one plane and releases it back or unwinds to the
environment in a complementary plane. In other words life and environment are two
systems that are pulsating in phase.
The
following figure gives how possibly genes are related in plant, animal and Human Kingdom

Possibly
the most controversial statement the system design makes is that, the
source of life are the inert elements of the periodic table. The helium atom
forming the system over which plant Kingdom is developed, Neon being
system on which Animal Kingdom is developed and Argon being the system around
which Human system is developed. I am expecting great controversies leading to
advancement which eventually prove and establish the truth.
Since this aspect
is critical understanding the system design Let me put it
little more elaborately. Before I go further let me introduce the fundamentals
of system design in brief
Fundamentals
of system design in Brief
System
design tells us that all systems exist in nature as one enclosed in another in
space. This means every system has minimum of two parts in space. Inner and
outer. The outer and inner exist in a ratio 4:3 [ This
ratio, system design notes and explores as fundamental to the design of nature].
These two layers are opposing and exist in two different planes. The outer
creates winding force on the inner. The inner receives the winding force after a
critical point it breaks down inverses and releases the energy back to the outer
system. In other words it begins to unwind. This unwinding is experienced as
winding force by the external system. After a critical point the inner
expanding system collapses transforming its left and right and with this it begins
to wind and the external system begins to unwind
The whole system
works on non equilibrium and an instinct to attain equilibrium which by design is
impossible and the the whole exist perpetually pulsating.
The
system design notes that this fundamental aspect is true for the internal
relationship within an atom, an atoms relationship with the environment and so
on.
The
greatest point of system design discussed in the site comes from differentiating
life particle and material particle and understanding the pulsating
universal system as the interaction of inner living content and outer
material content, with Central Living system [ Super life or God] that
controls the expansion and contraction.
Much
of the diversity of nature is accounted from the premises of the system
instinctive attempt to oppose the non equilibrium force and evolution [
intellectual] as a result of system instinctive force to seek equilibrium.
Now
let us come to understand the particles of life.
We
must note that inert elements have certain symmetry in space. Thus when an
external non-equilibrium force acts on it, it instinctively works to protect
its symmetry or balance in space and thus forms a system that grows against the
gravitational or centripetal force. Thus they probably are the foundations on
which life is built. [ How possibly it is built will be discussed in depth
later]. The following figure show how Helium, Neon and
Argon system differs in space in respect to external force, both directed
mechanical and non directed temperature induced winding and unwinding.

The above figure represents very
closely to what happens to a system when the external force is applied. We must
note a system can be left or right winding or unwinding and the force too can be
left or right winding or unwinding.
We also must note that all living and non
living system as we know from nature is a pulsating system that unwinds
and winds in relation to daily, monthly, yearly and 12 yearly and such bigger cycles. These
cycles it self does fluctuate between certain limits. This means our
living system has to survive in fluctuating environment with many
aberrations.
Information
Building
The
quantum action and reactions discussed in the site tell us that the system is
taken to the limit through a definite number of internal quantum step. By
instinct the system resists the external force. It notes that these quantum
steps are points at which left turns right and vice-versa and before each of
these point or nodes there is a uncertainty period or zone . At this uncertainty
zone the system shows creativity by adding matter to the system such that misbalancing
force acting on it can be effectively countered. This is equivalent to
adding weight to balance a balance. This process the site notes accounts
for information building and forms the basis of new biotechnological
projects I hope to put forth
However
there is another important vital aspect to nature to which may not have any
applied potential but has vital significance to human survival. This
realization led me keep aside innumerable applied aspects that emerged and
continue a non rewarding struggle against odds to take the vital implication of
the system design to the world.
The
Vital Implication of the System Design
The
vital implication relates to the direction of time in nature that is tending to
a END-TIME.
All
the systems exist through a process of pulsation that involves a chosen
winding, right to left or vice-versa and unwinding in the opposite way. This
should be true for the whole also. This means all the embedded system should
exist in one phase of the universal system at any moment, winding or
unwinding. This means when the universal system changes it phase or
transforms, the system enclosed in it also is forced to change or transform.
The system design notes that all the material systems, all the living systems
excluding human beings will be able to transform spontaneously.
Human beings by design is incapable of transforming the end time
transformation taking place in the universe and needs the intervention of the
creative spirit.
By all the symptoms that nature is presenting, this end time or
phase change or transformation of the universal system is all ready under
progress. If you take into consideration great
Mayan Knowledge, the phase change
completes probably by 21 December 2012.
The system design thus brings to light the
spiritual reality of nature and the depth of our spiritual knowledge - the
Vedas, Bible, Koran, I-Ching, Mayan Knowledge and so on.
A
great Russian Scientist has given ample proof for the transformation

The dominating west seems to be aware of it, but is deliberately sleeping
over it, because its power rest in material knowledge than the spiritual one.
What the west fail to understand is that all the power that cannot save life and
sustain life cannot be a true power or knowledge. A few more tsunamis, huge
earthquake and
volcanic eruptions is all that is necessary for human kind to know the
inferiority of the human knowledge and its power.
Why
is that Human beings are incapable of transforming with universal
transformation?
The
answer exist in the design. Plant system are systems that are developed
around helium atom. A helium atom has one fold symmetry and two fold
freedom. It
can survive in cyclically fluctuating environment quite easily. It can with stand both mechanical stress and temperature induced stress
spontaneously. Against a time direction in nature that tends to limit and
transformation, the system can survive spontaneously by flipping into the
complementary plane.
All system that develop from it
can remain sedentary because of this two fold freedom.
One must note this survival ability at the critical state is in
addition to the systems capacity to survive through information building
at the uncertainty state before the critical state.

In contrast to helium system,
Neon based system cannot respond spontaneously transferring the external force.
This is so since the flow in the external core opposes both mechanical force and
temperature induced force acting on it. See figure below. Each of the
external core consist of of a bundle of waves

This means a stress is
developed in the system in response to the directed time and fluctuation in the environmental
system. The stress is transferred to central core, which moves in the opposite
direction in the complementary plane to the winding force acting on it, thus
balancing the system. In other words the system begins to show displacement in
space or gains motional capacity. The
site thus notes that Neon system goes to form the Animal kingdom that are characterized
by mobility and dependence on external input of energy from primary
systems [the plants] to balance the stress acting on it. The
reactions of animals are by survival instinct.
The mobility and sense perception
of these systems comes from this movement of the internal core. The lack of
freedom is over come by elaborate information systems. Thus
against time and uncertainty it develops complex structures to withstand stress.

An important point to note is that this system has a
link with the internal core and external environment and thus perceives directed
time
bound changes happening in the external environment. This
system against the time direction in the universal system leading to the end of
time is safe because it can flip into the complementary plane thus changing
the direction of the flow and survive the transformational change that occurs in
the Universal Living System.
However an Argon based system
which is symmetrical in space, lacks freedom in space. By its configuration it
opposes the external mechanical winding or unwinding force and also the
temperature induced spatial winding and unwinding without the direct
participation of the internal core. Thus is separated from the internal
core.
The
Argon atom we must note has outer system of 16 shells, 8 of which are right winding and
other 8 left winding. It does not have any freedom and totally depends on the
information development to survive. In the argon system the outer world has no direct
and immediate communication with the inner world. For example when left
winding stress is put on the system the right winding outer core opposes beyond
the critical limit the directions of the flow in the outer core
changes. This
means humanity is incapable of relieving the stress of directed time and evolves
against the time direction by developing his intelligence. Unfortunately
humanity preoccupied with "Self" uses his intelligence in a negative
way calling upon him death. It also means as the end
of time comes the human system becomes the most vulnerable. The only
chance exist in intervention universal intelligence show the path and help
humanity survive the transformation in the universal system.
There
are two direction to TIME - one from the periphery to the center the other from the
center to the periphery.
As
the time stress develops to the maximum and gets directed to the center then in
the inner core [ helium system] the dominant is forced to go recessive and
recessive turns dominant. A process of inversion accompanied by change in left
and right takes place. The force directed to the center is
released back to the system as a unwinding state. When this unwinding takes the
system to the periphery the systems left and right flips and a new winding
direction is set to the center. This means a
flipping of pole occurs. [ As we saw in quantum particle
earlier]. It leads to pulsating existence
The
system design notes that the universe is designed like a human system. It has an
internal consciousness and intelligence. As the time takes a unilateral
direction to the center, the internal system inverses changing its left and
right and thus directing the all the force acted on it back to the outer
system. And when the time direction takes to another limit to the
periphery the the internal system flips changing it left and right.
thus initializing it self. [ As we saw how a quantum particle changes earlier in
the article]. The first of this phenomenon goes unnoticed. it could be compared
to a sperm and egg uniting to form a embryo. But the second the birth
involves the whole body. It is painful accompanied by transformational changes
in the body.
The
site has struggled to call the attention of the world to this fact. The
universal transformation is already in progress. Clear cut scientific signs of this is given by a great Russian scientist

in line with the great Mayan Knowledge. Mankind should realize the truth of
nature the interrelationship and oneness of nature and yield to this
transformation other wise it could be catastrophic.
The Design of Dynamic information of System and how it
Survives In Nature
A biological system we know survives through information.
Information helps the system to balance and maintain it self. Stress from the
environment acts on the genes and genes responds to survive the unbalancing
force of the stress. [The genes and the information system is developed by the
living particle as means to maintain its balance. This is discussed in various
contexts in the site] the action of stress can be winding or unwinding. The
action of stress goes in the typical manner of quantum action and reaction
discussed in the site. This invariably means before a quantum action takes
place, a gene in particular, a group of genes and the whole information system
goes through several step of winding or unwinding. The instinct of the biological system is to oppose the
external stress. So the system at the level of particular gene, a group of gene
and the whole opposes the stress and tries to find means to fight it. This is
discussed in creativity and development of information system. The information
is retained and perpetuated in relation to the stress and is amenable for
reversing as the force in the environment changes
Earlier
we saw how possibly two pair of gene with in
a system balances it self. The site notes that unit information in biological
system is not paired as the traditional biologist think. But they exist in
minimum of two pairs in plants, minimum of 4 pairs in animals and a minimum of 8
pairs in human system. In the process they fill the space and its dimensions.

Note – Considering the meiotic division and mixing of
information between the Male and female, the true unit should consist of 4, 8
and 16 pairs in plant animal and human respectively.
Now
let us understand it in little more depth from the point of quantum
particle/wave point of existence. The quantum existence tells tells us hat all
systems are stable with in a middle zone, and it collapses in to winding or
unwinding state when is pushed to the first or the third critical state.
The following picture describes it.
The
figure shows only two waves one dominant the other recessive tending in two
different directions. In the spatial reality and in the dynamic nature it has 16
waves each related to the other by a 4:3 relationship. The wave when it exists
around equilibrium point, it is in stable state. When it tends to outer or the
inner limit the system collapses. The system design notes that time direction
and the systems journey to critical limit comes from man’s conquering motive
and corruption. This in turn is related to his ignorance about the
interrelationship and oneness. Under the force of time the system tends to
higher and higher non-equilibrium state. See figure below
As the dominant touches the
critical state of the outer limit, the recessive touches the critical lower
limit. The energy now begins to flow from the dominant to the recessive such
that the recessive turns dominant and the dominant turns recessive resulting in
phase change and the direction of flow of time. The flow of time when directed
to the center and wave tend to collapse, a new pulse is generated changing the
direction of time. Both the generation new pulse and its collapse is in the
control of Central Entity called life. The above figure explains it

This
design is universal to all system from the fundamental particle to all
system and the whole. Genes work to balance against the external forces
acting to the limit. it develops information and brings about qualitative
changes in the uncertainty zone prior to the nodes in which it is forced turn
the direction. The development of information and qualitative and quantum
changes depends of the time and space given to it. This would explained in
detail when I take the applied aspect.
Much
of the problems of the world comes from human being whose corrupt intelligence
and mind that is bonded to "self" manifest as conquering motive and
corruption creating abrupt changes in the wave path and by creating negative
energies that gets locked up creating and disorder. It is these negative
energies that are responsible for diseases and miseries. At the world level it
is the cause for earth quakes, and other natural catastrophes. These negative
action creates disorder and bring alarming reactions specially when the whole
