This car is now for sale so I can concentrate on finishing my 1966 marlin instead. It has more sentimental value and would have made my dad very happy. Make me a cash offer or a trade of a dual-sport motorcycle, shop equipment, or another interesting trade that doesn't require a lot of my shop time. I know the engine is worth over $500 alone after being raced and I've seen very few of these cars around period. Make me an offer I can't refuse!Pictures of my '52' before most of the work has begun. It's a nice project, but will be a true street rod when finished. It already has rack and pinion steering and is outfitted with a 440 big block out of my old stock car. The original rear end has been updated with a 1970's unit, but will be replaced with a posi later.Plans did call for a close to original interior, eliminating some very hard to find chrome (even though it's mostly here and in good shape) and updating all the running gear. It will be a fun project for somebody to finish and could be a very nice daily driver street rod when finished. |
