| On Sunday my mom and I got there around noon so I could meet Rascal Flatts. Long story short: The guys were late, people with backstage passes from radio got to meet the guys, I stood in disguste from behind a fence while the guys met them, the guys walk away, some security dude says 'Rascal Flatts doesn't meet with the Fan Club at festivals', I see Gary onstage during Berry, Bogguss, and Dean, my friend sees the guys hanging out backstage. They could have met with us afterwards if they were short on time! So me and about 15 others were turned away. I was upset to tears because I paid $20 to join the fan club in hopes of meeting them, while those that did meet them got their passes for free and some girls behind me that got there pass didn't even know what they sang!! Talk about getting pissed off!!!! So after the Fest was over, I wrote a letter to the fan club complaining about what had happened and how I knew it was a load of crap that they didn't meet with fan club members at festivals...About a month later, I get a call from RF Fan Club President, Sharon and she apologizes on how this has never happened before and she didn't know what went wrong...Days later, I get a personalized autograph photo of the guys. Nothing will ever make up for this incident. I know that they had nothing to do with it. It was their management people there. Still love 'um! |

| Before Brad's show, I got in line to meet my favorite redhead, Jo Dee Messina. I was very happy that it was during Brad's set since I wasn't too thrilled to be seeing him. My meeting with Jo Dee is on the next page...When I got done meeting Jo Dee, I snapped a few pics as I went back to my seat. My mom took pics while I was gone, which is the one to the right. Then we went to eat during the rest of Brad's set. :) |
