Welcome to Computer Rx.; Prescriptions for a Sick Computer.  I had a serious computer problem that took several days to correct.  After I got the situation resolved I realized that I was not alone in this predicament.  I have found some excellent resources to assist me with my problems, and concluded that others might benefit from my good fortune.

Normally I am not the altruistic sort of individual who is willing to share information with others, but the volunteers who man the forums at SPYWAREINFO inspired me to do my part.
