Ah yes, techno music. It really should be called techno "music". But seriously people, techno is not music, let's face it. It's only electronic sounds that are put together on a computer. Maybe put some voice in there, but that too has to have some kind of technical stuff put into it. That isn't music folks, that's just crap.
Techno music is always crap, not matter how much effort you put into it. Let me give you an example. I'm sure you remember my rant about the party. I wrote something in there about how Oliver, the host at the party, played this annoying techno song. Now, this techno song is a perfect example of the stupidity of the "art form". It's practically 5 to 6 minutes mainly comprised of the theme music to the old Tetris game. A song made up from a tune of a crappy game! The originality, people! Something like 85% of that song is the Tetris tune repeated over and over again. It's amazing to consider this music. You simply can't because it's not music, it's just sounds put together.
About a year ago, there used to be a store in my shopping mall that sold CD's and cassettes. It was right next to a cafe. Anyway, it was during the end of year
A friend of mine, Adam (who was also at the party) likes techno more than anything..... and I'm sick of it. He always sends me stupid techno songs (well not any more, his Messenger thing is screwed up). He once sent me this crappy song by a DJ named DJ Ufuk. It was a song yet it had sounds from Star Wars on it. Particularly that annoying sound that that gay robot R2D2 makes. Ha! Not only those it probably break numerous copyright laws, it's also crap, like all other techno songs (surprise, surprise!) A few weeks after that, he gave me another song, this time from another dick named DJ Anton. And believe me, this song was worse! It had something to do with a rocket countdown, or something to that effect. For you see, that's another point I want to makes about techno music: unlike other forms of music like country/western ...............
