I must confess that I'm no staunch socialite myself, but I don't waste my life sitting infront of a computer monitor for hours on end. Sure, I got on the computer regularly (I didn't construct this website using brain waves you know! Brain waves! What the hell am I talking about?!) but the amount of time I spend on it is no way near compared to the time some chatroom visitors talk for on stupid chatrooms. Want proof? Well then, I'll delve into this further.

thing-a-ma-bob, well you have been proved wrong. I remember the first chat room program I went to, mIRC. Yes, mIRC. Many people think that it's one of the best programs of its type out there. Well, two years ago, I would have agreed with them. Now I find it hard that I ever did.
mIRC, for all those people who have never been familiar with the concept of the Internet, is a pretty old chat room program that has been around so several years now and is intensely popular. Why? I couldn't begin to tell you. I've used mIRC for a couple of months and it only took me that long to realize that mIRC is stupid and that mIRC is a cesspool of weirdos, pedophiles and maniacs that spend their pitiful, miserable lives infront of a computer screen every day. In this rant, I'd like to discuss with you my personal experience with one of humanity's greatest failures.
If you are a soccer fan, than obviously you would have heard of the World Cup which was played out a few months ago. As expected Brazil won the Cup (yet again; is anyone besides from me sick and tired of Brazil winning the World Cup all the time and then the Brazillians brag about it for an eternity afterwards?). But there were surprises mixed in there as well. Teams like Japan, Korea and Turkey managed to do better than average this time around. Some of the best teams in the world were kicked out early on, such as Italy and Argentina. Even France, who won the last World Cup in 1998, was renegated when many thought they had a chance to win again. Anyway, let's get back on track. During the World Cup, there was a chatroom on mIRC, ironically named #worldcup. I swear, this room had some of the most stupid people I have ever come across. There was this guy (I think he came from Brazil or Argentina; I don't know, some South American country) that was so obsessive about soccer that every time a goal was scored, he'd type out GOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLL!!!
According to the channel operators, this was considered spamming and they banned him, but ten seconds later, he came back and kept doing it under their noses! WTF? What kind of channel op's are there in this place?............
