Victorian Timeline Company Constitution

The Charter of the Company of Crimson
Compiled by Miss Rosetti under general agreement

A Society of Ladies and Gentlemen interested in the pursuit of knowledge pertaining to phenomena associated with the supernatural or paranormal.

All members should be in agreement of the charter and participate in the
Society only when in complete agreement with its aims and guidelines.

The Introduction of New Members

All Company members present upon the occasion of a gathering should be given the opportunity to agree to the introduction of a previously uninitiated
individual. The new member should always be accompanied and introduced by a

company member, who remains responsible for their Associates behaviour for

the duration of the gathering.

Principles of Conduct

The usual practice is for each gathering of three or more members to hold a
meeting to discuss any business of the company. It is considered polite to

stall such conversations until all expected participants have arrived.

Each member of the Company is a respected and valued colleague regardless of profession, gender or social class. As such , each individual should be
allowed to air their views and opinions pertaining to the interests of the

Company. It is recognised that even the most seemingly foolish or outlandish

comments may be of some worth and therefore deserving of attention.

Information and discussions pertaining to company matters not to be divulged
to individuals or organisations not affiliated to the Company, unless by

prior permission of the members.

Agreed by all present - 18th June 1898
