My Christmas Wish For You
When a frosty morn comes callin'
And snow flakes start a fallin'
Sure a wee bit of magic's in the air.
Now a star is out there winkin'
And the whole thing sets me thinkin'
It's the CHRISTMAS Season's in the air.
So when the moon has gone to bed,
And birds call, "Wake up sleepy head!"
And a light beam's a heraldin' th' day.
Be careful now, just barely peek!
And you'll be seein' what you seek.
'Tis the time the Angels come and play.
There's a Legend far and wide
That if you feel warm deep inside,
And you see an Angel throw a kiss,
Think Christmas Wishes old and new
And one wish you wish comes true.
'Twas never ever, ever known to miss.
This dear Legend that I know
'Twas told to me long ago
By my own loving Grandma Dear.
Now the wish she wished for me
'Twas I might an Angel see
Throw a kiss she whispered in my ear.
Now I WISH the same for you.
May this Legend all be true.
May you see the Angel's come and play.
May you not blink and miss
When an Angel throws a kiss
May your wish come true on Christmas Day!
