Sixth Grade
Welcome to the Sixth Grade Compañeros Homepage. This page has been made available to parents, students, faculty, and friends so that we are able to share with you the exciting things that are going on in this unique program.
The Compañeros program, as many of you already know, is a program in which the students are taught in a dual language environment at three of Windham's Public Schools. This program, which began in 1993, has brought together several groups of students from diverse backgrounds. This group of students, beginning in kindergarten and ending in sixth grade, are instructed in both Spanish and English so that they become proficient in both languages.
This website has been created to showcase the work and achievements of this incredible group of students. Some of the achievements that will be showcased will include student sample work, field trips, and activities.

Bienvenidos a la página principal de Compañeros en el sexto grado. Esta página ha sido diseñada para la disposición de los padres, estudiantes, facultad y amigos, para que podamos compartir con ustedes todas las cosas interesantes que ocurren en este programa único.
El programa de Compañeros, como muchos de ustedes saben, es un programa en el cual los estudiantes se instruyen en un ambiente en ambos idiomas en tres escuelas de Windham Public Schools. Este programa el cual comenzó en 1993, ha unido a varios grupos de estudiantes de diversos orígenes. Este grupo de estudiantes comenzó mientras cursaban el kindergarten y terminarán en el sexto grado, toda instrucción ha sido en Inglés y Español permitiendo que estos estudiantes tengan proficiencia sean proficientes en ambos idiomas.
Esta página ha sido creada para exhibir el trabajo y los logros de este grupo de estudiantes tan increíbles. algunos de los logros que estar’an en exhibición incluirán un ejemplo del trabajo de los estudiantes, excursiones escolares, y actividades.
