Communiqué works with its clients to plan and develop the best training materials for their requirements. The process for development of training materials comprises 4 main stages as shown below.
Stage 1:
Analysis of Training Requirements Stage 2: Training Materials Design During the design stage of a project, Communiqué assesses the target audience training requirements and develops a project plan. The project plan includes a detailed design of the training materials to be developed, the training objectives, training course structure, methods of assessment and the method(s) of training presentation. Stage 3: Training Materials Development During the development stage, Communiqué prepares the final product. The development stage may be completed by Communiqué alone, or with your employees working as part of a development team. During this stage, all draft materials are submitted to relevant client Management representatives for content review and approval. Stage 4: Design of Information Management and Control Systems All training materials need to be managed and controlled to ensure the availability of up-to-date information to those requiring it. The information management and control systems need to include provision for information accessibility and reviews, revisions, approvals and dispositions.
