About Communiqué

Communiqué Consulting Limited was established in 1997 to provide customised training and reference solutions for clients. It is a wholly-owned Hong Kong based company. 

Communiqué's Managing Director has more than 25 years experience in adult education, training, documentation and project management - gained in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi, Taiwan and Brazil.

The methodology we use in development of all materials is the Information Mapping® methodology. The method is based on research into how people retrieve, process and act on given information. It is an integrated application of proven techniques derived from human factors research, cognitive sciences, visual design and effective writing. It ensures that all materials produced contain information that is easy to access and easy to understand.
