Scott Wilson (Hong Kong) Limited

The Müller & hereth/Leonhardt, Andrä and Partner Joint Venture company was responsible for the design checking and geotechnical design support for Contract C215 of the Taiwan High Speed Rail Corporation (THSRC). 

THSRC required the Joint Venture company's quality assurance processes and procedures to comply with the quality standards defined by ISO9000. 

On behalf of Scott Wilson, Communiqué was tasked with:

  reviewing Müller & hereth/Leonhardt, Andrä and Partner's design checking processes/procedures

  determining any changes required to these processes/procedures to meet the requirements of ISO9000

  assisting with the implementation of new/revised processes/procedures

  developing the ISO 9000 compliant Project Quality Assurance Plan document

  developing the ISO 9000 compliant Project Design Checking Procedures document

  gaining acceptance of these documents by THSRC.
