It's interesting what you can come up with if you feel like taking the plunge and doing something different. This car is a VK with a VL front. It also wears VN group A side skirts, plus the front and rear bumpers, which were shortened in the middle to fit to the smaller width earlier-model commodore. Motivation comes from a VN v8 coaxed to 215kW, being fed through a 5 speed manual into a vl turbo diff. With a few touch-ups, this car could be a feature in commodore car magazines.
