1.1    Because we have some young participants, please refrain
             from any excessive swearing.  Trash talk is fine, but please no
             personal attacks.  Personal attacks will result in one week
             freezing for the first offense, and more with each subsequent
             offense.

    1.2    Personal attacks are defined as:
             calling someone a name, such as "You stupid fucker."

    2.1    DO NOT CHEAT.  Any and all cheating suspicions will be
             investigated.  Once a coach is determined to be a cheater,
             his/her name and information will be placed on a cheater's
             webpage, and distributed to all the requesting commissioners.

    3.1    Any team may request that a trade they previously accepted
             be vetoed by the commish, so long as the trade has not already
             gone through.

    3.2    All trades will be closely reviewed, by that league's commissioner.
             Should a trade be deemed overly unfair to one side, it will be
             vetoed.  Should both members feel the veto was unjust, an appeal
             of the veto may be carried out.  In this case, each coach in that
             league will be asked to vote 'yes' to allow, or 'no' to deny.  A vote
             of 11 yea will overrule the veto.

    4.1   League activity is constantly monitored.  *You joined this
            circuit because you wanted to be in active leagues.*  If you
            are absent for prolonged periods of time and do not notify
            the commissioner's office why, you will not be eligible for
            continued circuit play.

    5.1  The Rules and Regulations may be modified at any time.  You
            will be notified of these modifications, and are responsible for
            abiding by them.
