Columbia Basin Divers was organized to bring local divers together to dive locally.
We believe there is just something wrong with being a certified diver and only diving a few times a year in the "warm" water, or on the flip side only diving once every few months over on the coast because there is "No good" diving here. Not to say that those kind of dives aren't great! But what's wrong with being able to dive in your own back yard?
We also believe that diving often, makes us safer divers, keeping us "current divers" so to speak.
Also in conjunction with local diving we will have a network of buddy's that we can go with to the Coast or the sound when we just need to dive in some saltwater! Because even though the local diving is fun we all know that nothing compares to a marine environment!
