Paul Kariya is the most exciting player to watch in the NHL. He is one of the best skater if not the best and his playmaking is comparable to Wayne Gretzky. I first notice Paul at the '94 Lillerhammer Olympic Games. At the time, I was not a big hockey fan yet. I only watched Team Canada because it was my country's team and no way did I thought that one young hockey player will be the reason I became a hockey fanatic. According to hockey experts he is among the top 5 players in the world but to my eyes, he is simply the best. The only weakness I see in Paul is his small size and others often take advantage of it. Paul is now recovering from a severe concussion and I can only hope that he will be able to play again because the NHL and the fans need guys like him badly.
