Our Neighborhood

 Colonial Gables subdivision is located off Bee Ridge    Road, just West of I-75 and Cattlemen Road. Our Homeowners Assocation was founded in 1980 and our community consists of 625 homes.

Currently, road construction is underway to extend Webber Street eastward from Lalani Blvd to Cattlemen Road. There will also be road construction to the west side of our subdivision. Honore Avenue at Bee Ridge Road will be connected it to its extension at Colonial Oaks subdivision, just to our north.

SARASOTA COUNTY  (FRIDAY, JANUARY 12, 2007) - During the water shortage declared by Southwest Florida Water Management District (Swiftmud) from Jan. 16–July 31, 2007.

To report violations of these water restrictions, residents should contact Sarasota County Utilities Customer Service.
