| Father had the Honor in pinning the Cord on. Christopher is turning blue on this Date September-11-2003. Turning blue is when infantry Soldiers receive their blue cords to wear with their class A uniforms. We are so excited and to see Christopher in his uniform. Only the Infantry Soldier is allowed to wear this blue cord. |

| Following the blue cord ceremony all the recruits get to mingle with the guests and family members. Most of the guys without family there usually stick together. They get to leave for the rest of the day to do whatever they want around the base, or within limits. They have to report back by 2100 hours to get ready for the big day tomorrow, Graduation Day. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
